The LOTR films recently were bought to my attention again while grading one of my students' blog posts. This student would probably say she's hardly a geek, but that she still enjoys these films demonstrates that the LOTR films have a huge drawing power. But does it really? I'm curious, about how many females actually enjoy watching these films? There isn't a lot of comedy. The romantic subplot is pretty…well…sub. Okay yes, I'm stereotyping female film tastes, I know! But c'mon... What was the last film series that brought females out in droves? Oh yes…Twilight. And now, the Hunger Games. Well, I guess if you could sit through THOSE films, you can sit through anything… But I digress.
Look, as much as I love LOTR, as well as the new Hobbit films, I know that in many ways those films have just as many plot holes as Twilight and The Hunger Games….okay maybe not THAT many, but there are holes.
Here are two great videos that aren't afraid to point those holes out. And ladies, before you beat me up in the comment section, I ENJOYED the Twilight films and look forward to the next Hunger Games flick! Yes, it's true.
Where do you fall with your opinion of LOTR and the new Hobbit films? Let us know in the comments!

These are the most hilarious videos i have ever seen!!!

The first-ever version of Clip Studio Paint was release in 2001. Since then, it has been the first choice of almost every animation creator and comic writer. Now instead of gathering his canvas and painting tools, he will just take his mobile out from his pocket, run Clip Studio Paint and start drawing it right there.
